After clicking Update, a pop-up will appear saying this page "wants to connect to a serial port."

Choose the option that says "USB JTAG/serial debug unit" (or similar).

Then click Connect.

Wait until the message "Update Complete. Disconnected" appears. If you don't see this, please try again.
